		<description>I still think many of the values are way too high.  Some people who payed $600k in 2004 expect to get $900k five years later.    Values will return to pre-2004 levels.   The amount of short sales and foreclosures on the lake are telling.   If you want to sell, lop 100k off the price.</description>
