When you think of enjoying the extraordinary wildlife and beauty of Lake Norman an image of the Lady of the Lake yacht might not come to mind. However, The Lake Norman Wildlife Cruise on September 19th combines an educational tour while enjoying hors d’oeuvres, a bar and a live auction.
Sponsored by the Lake Norman Wildlife Conservationists, a grassroots chapter of the North Carolina Wildlife Federation, this 3.5 hour cruise will be narrated, educational tour will focus on “islands, animal and plant species, and ongoing conservation projects that help protect those species.”
