How would you like to get a “State of the market” report for every community in Lake Norman with just two clicks?  It may sound impossible, but here is a link to my Home Search section where all you have to do in choose the community or area and you will get charts for the past 3 years including 2016!

I love drones! This is one of my favorite photos of my new listing in The Point because you can see Lake Norman and get a real sense that this home is not only stunning but how it is truly surrounded by trees and just around the corner from the lake.  I am planning to write my next post about drone and 3-D photography and how it helped to sell this property in one day.  Stay tuned!
